Alentejo Type Chouriço

Ingredients:

Pork, white wine, garlic, pepper, salt and red pepper paste

 

All products are produced in an artisan way, smoked and with 4 days of maturation in a controlled environment, smoked for 7 days.

We do not include dyes or preservatives in our products.

They are produced using a seasoning recipe that is about 40 years old.
